SupportHub Data Deletion

Last updated: July 22, 2026

SupportHub is operated by YH CONSTRUCTION LTD. This page explains how administrators, operators, and end users can request deletion of personal data processed by SupportHub.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion by email:

privacy@supporthub.cryptiq.network

To help us locate the data, include any relevant identifiers you have, such as your Telegram username or user ID, Google or Facebook account email used for sign-in, SupportHub workspace name, connected channel, YouTube channel ID, Meta Page or Instagram account, WhatsApp phone number ID, Threads profile, or the approximate date of the conversation.

In-app deletion controls

  • End users can submit a deletion request from the user web app where available.
  • Workspace administrators can request workspace/account deletion from the SupportHub admin interface.
  • Explicit deletion requests sent in a support conversation are detected and routed to the privacy request workflow where supported.

What happens next

  • We verify the request and the scope of data to be deleted.
  • We remove or anonymize active support messages, user profiles, ratings, security records, knowledge-base links, and related operational records where deletion is legally available.
  • Where a connected source uses OAuth, we revoke the available authorization token with the provider, stop further authorized API access, and delete the stored access and refresh tokens and associated Authorized Data.
  • Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, or backup integrity.
  • Where legally permitted, a non-reversible security record derived from a source identifier may be retained to enforce ownership history, quarantine periods, rate limits, and anti-abuse controls. It cannot be used to access the source account or restore deleted content.
  • We confirm completion or explain why a request cannot be fully completed.

Meta platform data

This Data Deletion Instructions page applies to the official SupportHub integrations for Instagram, Facebook Pages and Messenger, WhatsApp Business, and Threads. SupportHub processes Meta Platform data only to provide the support service requested by the connected business.

To remove a SupportHub connection from Facebook, open Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, select the relevant SupportHub app or integration, choose Remove, and submit a data-deletion request if Meta presents that option. You may also manage or delete information directly through the relevant Meta product and account settings.

SupportHub accepts Meta's signed data-deletion callback. After a valid callback, we create or match a deletion request and return a status URL and confirmation code. The request is then verified and processed under the timeframes and lawful exceptions described on this page.

Google and YouTube data

You can disconnect a YouTube source inside SupportHub and revoke SupportHub through your Google Security Settings. After SupportHub receives or detects revocation, it stops authorized YouTube API requests and deletes the associated OAuth tokens and stored Authorized Data as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days, except data that must be retained by law or is permitted to be retained in a securely blocked form.

Deleting SupportHub data does not delete content held by YouTube. To delete YouTube content itself, use YouTube directly. SupportHub does not upload, edit, or delete YouTube videos.
