These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and YH CONSTRUCTION LTD, the legal operator of SupportHub.
SupportHub is an AI-powered multi-channel customer support platform that allows users to connect third-party messaging and social platforms, manage support conversations, use AI-assisted workflows, organize operators, and maintain support knowledge bases.

To use the Service, you must be at least 16 years old, have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and have authority to connect and manage any third-party accounts or channels you link to the Service.
Your SupportHub account may be created or linked through a supported authentication method, including Telegram, optional Google Sign-In, or optional Facebook Login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication accounts, connected platform credentials, API keys, bot tokens, and any operator access you grant.
If you use SupportHub for a business, team, or client workflow, you are responsible for the legality of the data and instructions you provide to the Service.
You may not use the Service to, or in connection with, any of the following:
SupportHub may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for activity that creates legal, technical, security, or reputational risk.
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Telegram, Meta platforms, YouTube, Google services, Discord, LINE, VK, and other providers. Those services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, and platform rules.
SupportHub does not control and does not guarantee the continuing availability, compatibility, functionality, or policy status of any third-party platform, API, or integration.
If a third-party platform changes its API, permissions, pricing, availability, or rules, SupportHub may modify, limit, suspend, or remove the related integration without liability.
SupportHub may use optional Facebook Login and may connect supported Instagram, Facebook Pages and Messenger, WhatsApp Business, and Threads sources after an authorized user approves the permissions presented by Meta. You confirm that you own, administer, or are otherwise authorized to connect the selected account, Page, profile, or business asset.
Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable Meta Terms, the Meta Privacy Policy, and the permissions and controls presented by Meta. You remain responsible for messages, comments, replies, moderation decisions, and other actions submitted through your workspace.
SupportHub uses Google OAuth 2.0 for optional Google Sign-In and for the optional connection of a YouTube channel. Google Sign-In is used to authenticate or link a SupportHub account. The YouTube connection requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl and allows authorized workspace users to view supported channel data and to manage supported YouTube comments and replies from SupportHub, as described in the Privacy Policy.
By using SupportHub's YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
You retain ownership of the content, messages, files, knowledge base materials, prompts, and other materials you submit through the Service ("User Content").
You grant SupportHub a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, transform, and process User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit and process User Content through the Service and that doing so will not violate law or third-party rights.
SupportHub offers AI-assisted features such as automated replies, message classification, text generation, translation, moderation assistance, and knowledge-based drafting.
SupportHub may offer free plans, paid plans, usage-based limits, and paid upgrades. Current plan details, limits, and pricing are presented inside the Service or through direct purchase flows.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion or data deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion page.
SupportHub may suspend, limit, or terminate your access immediately if:
Upon termination or suspension, access to the Service may end immediately, connected integrations may stop working, and some data may remain subject to retention periods, backup cycles, fraud-prevention needs, legal obligations, or the Privacy Policy.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnity, will survive termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
SupportHub disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SupportHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, customers, opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of SupportHub for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to SupportHub for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) 50 USD.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SupportHub and its operator from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you use SupportHub for business, team, or client workflows, you are responsible for your instructions to the Service and for any personal data you submit, connect, or make available through the Service.
If required by applicable data protection law, the parties may enter into additional data processing terms for business or enterprise use of the Service.
SupportHub may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, the updated version will be posted with a revised effective date, and notice may be provided through the Service or by other reasonable means.
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with applicable consumer, privacy, and contract law principles.
